Join Mandalay Bay’s Director of Food and Beverage and Certified Cicerone Sarah Johnson in welcoming the Lagunitas Brewing Company’s Legendary Ron Lindenbusch for a night of food, music, fun and BEER!
Dinner starts at Fleur by Hubert Keller with stories from Ron to accompany black risotto with grilled octopus in a white wine chorizo sauce paired with Lagunitas Daytime and Angues beef hangover sliders paired with Lagunitas Pils.
Next the party moves to Eyecandy, where the legendary Petaluma loft will be recreated Vegas-style. Live music from Vegas' own The All Togethers! Tacos made to order paired with Lagunitas IPA and A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale!
And finally, take a trip up to Mix at the top of Delano Las Vegas, where guests can dance ‘til they drop!
Special appearance beers are GNARLEYWINE and HIGH WEST IMPERIAL COFFEE STOUT! Mix Lounge dessert & cheese buffet will include: berry pannacotta, lemon and raspberry puffs, chocolate and praline domes, floating island, vanilla sauce, pineapple and coconut cake, raspberry and pistachio macaroons, and a freakin’ chocolate fountain!
